Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and personal care products cannot be returned if opened or used.

Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered if you received a defective or incorrect item.

To arrange an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
