At De Fiori, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your items.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates.

• International shipping is not yet available (coming soon).

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery within the UAE: 2–4 business days.

• Remote area deliveries may take longer.

Shipping Fees

• A flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies to all UAE orders.

• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

• You can track your delivery status using the provided tracking link.

Self-Pickup (if applicable)

• Customers who wish to pick up their order directly can arrange with our support team through WhatsApp.

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely shipping, please note that unexpected delays (weather, logistics, or high seasonal demand) may occur.
